Price comparison: snacks and drinks on flights

 

The German budget carrier Eurowings has announced that it will no longer be offering free snacks on its flights as of 4th June 2019. The airline hopes to save money with the move, reflecting a trend among low cost airlines. But for those who feel pangs of hunger and thirst during their journey, the cost of onboard food and drinks can quickly add up.
